Available Positions
Candidates must be creative with strong design capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to lead a team through all phases of a project. They must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, good multi-tasking abilities, and excel at consultant coordination and client communication.
The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of building systems, construction procedures, OBC with a focus on Part 3 buildings, city by-laws and/or regulations as required. Candidates are required to have proficient skills in the latest versions of Revit and Auto CAD, and the ability to analyze the pros and cons of various building materials, and design features.
Candidates must have experience acting as the architectural representation liaison between the project site and office, providing timely consultations, and solving problems with the contractor and consulting team as they arise. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of working experience in Revit and institutional building design in Ontario with a focus on Contract Administration.
