This project will develop the Simcoe Manor and Village complex into a leading long-term care and seniors’ services campus.

The Plan
This 440,000 sq. ft. development consists of a Community Health Hub, a Long-Term Care Facility, Affordable Housing, Supportive Housing, Retirement Suites, Life Lease Suites, Market Rental Suites, Garden Homes, Townhomes, and Co-Housing for a total of 337 units. The major programs are located in 5 residential low-rise towers with the Garden Homes, Townhomes and Co-Hosing being separate from the main facility.

The Process
Having recently completed Master Planning and Functional Programming for this seniors campus of care, our team will deliver Schematic Design and Design Development through our Integrated Design Team Meetings, which include all stakeholders and consultants. By having all relevant parties involved in the conversation early on, we are able to condense the design portion of the project and streamline the critical decisions
